be a massive problem, even for those talented individuals who have the

Search engines are the first port of call these days for
people to find information relating to anything which is of interest to them. A

In the not too distant past, writers who couldn't find a
publisher often resorted to 'Vanity Publishing.' This was very expensive
because the writers had to pay all the costs of the production and sales of the
books. The internet has virtually consigned this practice to history.

A computer with a broadband connection is a must. A few

Further down the line, when an affiliate has his own
website he will have a platform from which to market his own products and build
his own lists. But for now think of this as a future strategy when more

strategy.
- Do an in depth research of the market place to find a niche product which is being searched for by at least 1000 people per month. It doesn't have to relate to a subject with which you are familiar but it does help because you are going to have to make your own assessment as to the product's value to a purchaser.
- Get an affiliate link for the product so that you can promote it and get commissions for sales made.
- Purchase the product in order to assess its worth. Most products are sold with with at least a 30 day cooling off period so if it does not come up to expectations, get your money back and look for a more suitable product.
- Find a marketer who has a list in the group into which your niche product falls and who sends out emails on behalf of others to this list. Look for marketers with lists of people who habitually purchase. This will comprise what is known as 'quality traffic.'
- Write an email which includes your affiliate link and send it to the marketer when you purchase 'clicks' from him/her. The email will be sent out by the marketer to this number of people on a specific date.
